Impression and Relationship Management for Enhancing Business Development
There is growing evidence of creeping optimism of the US economy. Some firms are beginning to move beyond short term fixes of cutting jobs and slashing expenses. That being the case firms will be urging their professionals to expand and increase their business development activities to lock in and seize new opportunities. To be successful they will require an ability to establish in the prospect's mind both credibility and trust through the Impressions they make and the relationship they develop.
The Kaufman Partnership, Ltd. has designed a one day program for those in professional roles who want to be ready to increase their business development outcomes. In addition, developing role appropriate impressions and relationships are vital in balancing a professional's technical skills with their people skills increasing their capacity to relate well to clients, staff, and senior leadership. Successful professionals require a high level of understanding to insure and maintain confidence with clients and staff to communicate and execute the project requirements.
This one day program addresses the dynamics of impressions and relationships and introduces the Kaufman Impression Management System© and the Kaufman Relationship Management Plan©. Our extensive experience in coaching professionals of major organizations has shown that people need to be more aware of the results of the impressions they make and the relationships that are created. This program will provide the participants with the necessary tools to improve their ability to establish professional role appropriate impressions and strong business relationships.

Presenters
Karen and Don Kaufman have Masters Degrees in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and have been coaching and delivering programs on Impression and Relationship Management for over 25 years.
