Impression Management for Leaders
The Kaufman Partnership would like to introduce you to a program that has enhanced the development of thousands of leaders over the last 10 years.
Impression Management for Leaders is for individuals who have been identified as key organizational talent. To support their success requires combining their strong technical experience with an increased ability to relate well with their colleagues, staff and clients. Experience has shown that people communicate their leadership by making good business impressions and by developing and managing relationships.
The purpose of this course is to identify and further develop the impression and relationship factors necessary to make good leaders. Those who would benefit from this course are Practice Managers, Project Managers, and Team Leaders.
Learning Outcomes
- Develop an awareness of how you are perceived by others.
- Enhance your visual, verbal and vocal impact.
- Adapt and upgrade your leadership impressions.
- Become more proactive in managing your relationships.
- Achieve a better balance between your technical skills and your people skills.
Who Should Attend
The program is for participants in leadership roles who must maximize their ability to influence and motivate others to achieve work goals. Participants in our Impression Management for Leaders Program will project a more accurate impression of their roles so they can be more effective.
Impression Management for Leaders, a quarterly open enrollment workshop is also available in a one day in-house workshop. If you have a group of managers or team leaders, you may want to consider bringing the program to your location.
