Advanced Relationship Management for Leaders
On day two, the participants will incorporate their knowledge of developing and projecting a positive leadership impression and build on this awareness to create even stronger business relationships.

Program Objectives
The focus will be on the relationships with managers, peers, and subordinates as well as internal and external clients. The participants will be introduced to the General Relationship Theory© and General Relationship Profile© to assess key relationships and how to improve them.  The participants will practice common, yet essential business situations where their presence and leadership is tested.  A simple model for managing others is presented and used in the role plays.  This focus will give the participant an objective view of the common pitfalls and how to avoid them. Overall the results of the Relationship Management for Leaders will be greater skills, practice, confidence and effectiveness in building productive and satisfying business relationships.
