On day two, the participants will incorporate their knowledge of developing and projecting a positive leadership impression and build on this awareness to create even stronger business relationships.

Program Objectives

The focus will be on the relationships with managers, peers, and subordinates as well as internal and external clients. The participants will be introduced to the General Relationship Theory© and General Relationship Profile© to assess key relationships and how to improve them.  The participants will practice common, yet essential business situations where their presence and leadership is tested.  A simple model for managing others is presented and used in the role plays.  This focus will give the participant an objective view of the common pitfalls and how to avoid them. Overall the results of the Relationship Management for Leaders will be greater skills, practice, confidence and effectiveness in building productive and satisfying business relationships.

  • Developing more effective management and leadership skills.
  • Knowing what behaviors to stop, start and continue to improve your internal and external relationships.
  • Working with a General Relationship Theory© and the General Relationship Profile© to develop any business relationship.
  • More confidence in managing your impression and relationships with others.
  • A simple method to be a more effective manager or team leader.
  • Building an accurate impression that supports and leverages your leadership.

Intended Audience

This program is for any manager, team leader or individual contributor who is interested in learning and gaining greater competence and confidence on the impact they have on others.
