She is currently Chair of the Board of Advisors for the School of Business Administration at Philadelphia University and is a Member of The Board of Governors of The Pyramid Club of Philadelphia. Pennsylvania Governor Edward Rendell and the Department of Community and Economic Development selected Karen Kaufman as one of the 50 Best Women in Business for 2003. Karen earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Philadelphia University and a Masters Degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Don is a Founding Member of The Center for Organizational Dynamics and a Founding Member of the Psychoanalytic Coaches Association. He is a Member of the Human Resource Planning Society and The Philadelphia Human Resource Planning Group. Don is active in his community and serves on the Board of the Friends of the National Historic Park and the Advisory Board of the Civil War and Underground Railroad. Don is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and has a Master Degree in Organizational Dynamics.

Mary Ellen Hoffman is a Consultant with The Kaufman Partnership since 1998. Her focus is in two critical areas of Impression Management. The first is to provide support to clients through assisting them in creating an organized office to ensure optimal efficiency. The second key area is in assisting clients develop a role appropriate appearance that inspires confidence and represents their significant accomplishments.
As a result of her experience in large organizations as a Systems Analyst, Mary Ellen has experienced first hand the value of being organized and having a professional appearance. She has consulted clients in financial services, consumer products and in the pharmaceuticals industry. Mary Ellen graduated from Bucks County Community College with an Associates Degree in Accounting and Degree in Computer Science from Pierce College.
